After boiling the soup, put some salt and green cardamon powder to taste.

Before putting in a oven, I sprinkled some salt and pepper and drizzled some olive oil and roasted in the oven for 40 minutes. The temperature is 400 degrees.
I love this kind of dishes.

Ingredients
For 2 pieces of pancakes
80g all purpose flour
10g sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
A pinch of salt
A pinch of cinnamon
A pinch of green cardamon
140ml oat milk
80g cooked kabocha, pureed
1 egg

You can put anything you like on them.

I put some fresh mint and dill and a pinch of salt in crème fraiche. You can use sour cream or yogurt instead of crème fraiche. I think putting some honey is an good idea.

The accompaniment is not rice, but vermicelli. I put some sautéed almonds and raisins.

The pairing of walnuts and Kabocha is great combination.
