Get vaccinated. Wear N95s in public. And most of all, don't make the mistake of thinking "it's just the flu."

❗️Each infection increases the risks of long-term negative effects.
❗️Long Covid can affect anyone.
❗️There isn't universal access to antivirals.
❗️We're still waiting for clean indoor air.

Masks are a tool. When indoor air is clean & transmission is low, the need decreases. But right now? Many places lack good ventilation, and COVID-19 is year-round. A well-fitted mask indoors is a no-brainer.
