I always do cardio after strength training, even then I usually only walk with maybe a minute of jogging every now and then but I never run. I fucked around today and boy did I find out

Going to the gym was definitely the hardest part and usually tends to be. Once I get there tho it doesn’t take me long to feel a lot better. Even hours later I still feel great👍

I was going to try a deadlift first but as soon as I lifted it off the rack I thought “oh fuck this is heavy actually” and put it back. Maybe I should have given it a proper try before jumping to conclusions actually

I tried lifting the bar for compound lifting to be really heavy even without any weights on it. Should I stick to basic bicep curls until I have enough strength to do it or is like bench pressing easier?

Like I still enjoy treats like oven baked cookies and the such, but junk food like Oreos, candy, and even my old usual Ritz cheese and crackers don’t taste good to me anymore and I don’t know how much of that is just a coincidence or if it’s connected
