Every time I do weighted squats my thighs are super sore the next day and I have no idea why because I don’t think it’s my form. I’m keeping my knees and feet facing forward and shoulder length apart and I’m squatting down to about sitting level. Does anyone have any tips?

As of two days ago, I weighed 141 pounds at my doctors appointment 💪
9 more pounds and 8 months left to reach my goal of weighing 150 pounds this year. I am very proud of all the progress I’ve been making and hope I continue to grow and maintain it

I dunno if this has happened to anyone else but ever since I started eating healthier about two or three months ago, I’ve actually started desiring junk food less and when I eat it now it actually tastes bad to me? It’s like my body adapted to a good change and it doesn’t want to go back lol

At times I feel bad that I can only lift 10 pound dumbbells, but then I remind myself that’s literally what I’m here for to improve and that makes me feel better and motivated to keep going at it

3 sets of 8 dumbbell overhead
20 reps of chest press
30 minutes of walking/jogging
