It feels like the world's best-kept secret. We met someone a few months ago who was a massive fan of Rav. Traveled across London to eat at her restaurant. (Well, Clapham to Chingford.) Had never watched the show. Not sure she'd even heard of it.

I didn't find it traumatising as a ?10/11yo. But boy was it powerful stuff. I suspect it might seem stranger than it did back then

This is all cliché and stuff you know already, I know. When you're in the thick of things, it's easy to lose perspective. If you can, allow yourself to acknowledge the resilience you have already shown over the months. It's important. You should be proud of that. It's good to feel good abt yourself.
