Same logic that led her to team up with Ted Cruz to tank Adeel Mangi. Will never forget that one.
Muslim judicial nominee Adeel Mangi blames Nevada Sens. Cortez Masto, Rosen for defeat
Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto stands by opposition to Adeel Mangi over his "anti-law enforcement." Mangi claims a smear campaign doomed his nomination.

"They think their own supporters are brainless idiots," is a powerful message that nobody has really tried yet.

Like, "I'm just saying that every day these guys prove again and again that they think their own supporters are dumb as rocks."

Your takes would do numbers in short form video format. Stuff that presents itself as against the conventional/mainstream does well there. In algorithm driven apps viewers feel like they discover content on their own (even though that's not true). In text-based apps people split into tribes.

Did you skip the bamboo metaphor?

First Dem to go on CBS and say this gets a cookie:

"Bari messed this one up by canning the story AFTER promos had started airing, bringing more visibility to it. The job the Ellison's hired her for is to run interference for the Trump administration, but she's too stupid and screwed it up."

Some Dem should go on CBS and say exactly that live on air.

I think the Elissons know that ratings are going to tank, but buying CBS/Paramount is worth it to them for the influence.

I think Bari thinks this is what the people want.

Kinda like a bizarro Major League situation.

I mean, a bill that has support from "over 35 house Republicans" is not going anywhere and MTG has less than zero pull. "They lied to their voters because they think their own voters are stupid," might be a pretty good message.

Well aware. But most people who were persuaded by the ads don't know that. Schoolhouse rock vision of government is powerful. And most executive branch stuff can be reversed.

Nobody has mentioned the fact that R's control entire Federal government and yet seemingly (unless I'm mistaken) aren't going to pass any legislation on this issue...

Someone should try to goad them into admitting they prefer to "maintain the issue" so they can run on it again...

Someone's gotta figure out a way to redirect dollars from those money sink races to something useful.

Someone should tell him about Seppuku.

Is Johnson still using the silly "Pelosi rule" framing or has he ditched that yet? We are well past that timeline, right?
