I bought a second hand mega drive last week, along with a knockoff copy of Sonic 3.
Today I managed to get it working through HDMI, looking real nice - and best of all, got sonic 3 working!
By uh... Pulling the cart out while powered on, putting it back in and restarting the unit???
90s kids 🤣
