The insides on these have been turning out great. Nice air holes but no like huge cathedral windows (which I know some people like, but the butter just falls through). And I’m sure you have access to way better flours in France, but the King Arthur stuff is my favorite you can get everywhere here.

I'm thinking that maybe when I do signings or talks I might tell kids to call me "Mr. Matt", which is something I came across living in Birmingham for a few years.
It's sort of a mid-point between "I'm a cool kid like you" and "I'm an old person, please fetch my cane".
