@vargas.house.gov @schiff.senate.gov This is what your constituents are BEGGING you do do. Get mad! Fight for us! If you wait for the lawsuits to slowly make their way through the courts it will be far too late. Govt agencies, Social Security, etc will be decimated beyond repair by that point.

I think we just had a surprise microburst in SE San Diego. The wind was very scary for about 5 minutes. Patio furniture and flower pots went flying. Very scary. Had I known there could be high winds tonight I would have taken precautions earlier today and moved things that could fall or fly.

This is the precipitation last night with no returns on weather radar (Carrot, Apple, MyRadar, etc), no precipitation alerts. We were using the grill minutes before the sky opened up. It caught us off guard. KNKX being operational is critical for San Diego to know when rain & hail is imminent etc.

It just POURED and hailed here at my house just north of Bonita, CA. However for the first time ever that I can remember there is literally NO RETURNS at all on my various weather radar apps. A symptom of the chaos and layoffs at NWS? 😟

I planted this potted Pointsetta outside 2 years ago. It’s starting to grow into a tree shape.

I need to figure out how to prune it so it doesn’t end up leggy as it grows. I’ve seen some very old Pointsettas around San Diego that look really bad. Leggy with so little foliage.

Apparently it’s that time of year again that I cannot lay down on the couch without a cat on me within seconds. #siamesecat
