A lot of it is disagreement framed as harassment, but my favorite entry in the anti-Jesse canon is the GLAAD page. You go there, see an enormous wall of text and expect to hear an account of bodies piled in the streets, but you read it and it’s just “Eh, too much emphasis on desisters.”

WS loves to handwave about institutions - the media lies about Biden's economy, the democrats need to do something, etc.
I'm sure if we put him in charge of all institutions everything would work out just peachy keen, but he can't win a democratic primary, much less a race for World Dictator.

I don’t know about that. People are pretty sensitive to ingroup/outgroup signals and often easily misled about policy and its effects in their lives.
