is it the autofocus?
still love my xt-30 but lack of IBIS, and an autofocus that's not the best, is annoying when trying to capture kids!
but x-e5 should have much better autofocus (and prob IBIS too) than mine

the only logic I can see is she thinks she's going to lose her seat anyway, so she may as well raise her profile by running for governor.
the thinking being that it's better to get a lot of attention and lose than to get little attention and lose.

I do wonder if they're giving the presidency so much power, they're setting the court itself up for a future president to greatly diminish its power.

why do you think? not sure nationalizing local elections a good thing necessarily. but I could see the argument that bringing together the party as a whole and uniting around shared goals is a good thing

biggest problems with this are center-left will be unlikely to fix the massive damage Trump has done to democracy.
also going milquetoast risks losing again. have to appeal to swing voters and people constantly make the mistake that swing voters are centrists. they are not. they're not ideological
