Pinned post - because I've realised I'm more likely to have somebody else's work at the top of my feed than my own.

I like creating stuff. Sometimes that's comics, sometimes it's illustration. Mostly digital, but busting out real-world tools a bit more now.

Currently writing and drawing comics.
Legion, from the X-Men. Zombie astronaut bouncing around on the Moon. 9 panel comic page - an astronaut regaining consciousness in an underground cavern and making his way to his partner's location. The other astronaut seems mesmerised by a bright light. That "six fan arts" thing that was floating around the internet a while back. I got other people to pick them for me and ended up with: The stalk (Saga), a Cadbury's Smash robot (you'll have to be an old fart to get that reference), The Spectre, Dorothy (Wizard of Oz), Zed (Zardoz) and Quint (Jaws).

Probably because I wear T-shirts these days!

What an inspiration.

Dr. Jane Goodall filmed an interview with Netflix in March 2025 that she understood would only be released after her death.

Found while tidying: 26? 27? Something like that.
Old passport-sized photo. Probably around 26-27. Very short, dark brown hair. What hasn’t fallen out is shockingly white now. The very epitome of youth being wasted on the young.

Just mind farts. I know - it’s a bit of a waste, really!

Ah, yes - it’s our old friend, procrastination…

Work I did for a thing. Nosferatu, eine Symphonie des Grauens (1922) - reimagined film poster.

Reimagined film poster for "Nosferatu, eine Symphonie des Grauens" (1922). A blood-soaked Count Orlok is surrounded by vampire bats, the full Moon shining behind them. The bats heading right towards the viewer.

What an absolutely mental time to be alive.

*SecWar. It’s like you’re not even trying to keep up with the batshit!

We’ve had this car over three and a half years. 😐

I’ve seen a fully coloured version of this - it’s lush!

Available right now to paid (from $1!) subscribers on my Patreon, pages 6-7 of Terran Omega The Ghosts of War ... www.patreon.com/posts/140043... in which ...
Small Terran Omega figure, surrounded by weird bio organic cables, she's exclaiming "A Lazarus Engine!!!"

I’ve done my best to drill into my kids the idea that it’s a permanent solution to a temporary problem; that they can come to us with anything and we’ll find a way through. I know it’s not always as simple as that, though.

Right in the feels - for reasons I don’t feel like talking about today.

I often hear (from massive bores, obviously) that suicide is the easy, or coward’s way out.

Shockingly, suicide probably isn’t anyone’s first option. It’s where people turn when they think they’ve exhausted every option.

Little hand drawn animation and banjo theme I made. It's been a year since my brother's passing, it's hard to type stuff so l'll just let the video speak for itself. Thank you for watching. Keep going, enjoy the sandwiches.

Trapped. Don’t send help.

Use of “crossbar I” narrows it down slightly: it wasn’t a comic book letterer.

It’ll be like Superman putting his glasses on…

Absolutely zero self awareness on display there.

I remember thinking that Bush junior wasn’t the brightest bulb in the socket - but I’m actually pining for him now. He’s like a genius in comparison.

Why does anybody listen to this imbecile? About anything?

Even now, the music to ‘Whatever Happened to the Likely Lads?’ fills me with a nostalgic melancholy for a time I barely even remember. I can feel it right now. I’d do almost anything to get back there - even though I absolutely know the ‘70s were unrelentingly shit on almost every level.
