Not that the defense swamp has to worry about an incorrigible warmonger & GWOT cheerleader like Hegseth, but also: the guy is a walking blackmail target. Easy for powerful actors (including foreign ones, btw) to gain leverage over someone with so much to hide and so much to lose.
