NO ONE should be having kids to “further a genetic legacy.” Having human children is not cellular mitosis! You’re not creating a replica of you! YOU ARE CREATING A WHOLE HUMAN WITH THEIR OWN HOPES AND DREAMS AND FEARS. It’s no wonder that these same people are obsessed with controlling their kids.
