PLEASE read this quick article. This is a horrible idea. We need HELP containing this, not spreading it. This is zoonotic, which means it is spreading to other species. Interested in learning more, please follow (FB group) Avian Influenza aka "Bird Flu".

Patsy is pretty special to me. She’s smart and friendly, but she’s also very tall and her brains get her into a lot of trouble the others cannot reach. 🙄

I had a good chuckle this morning at how she chose to eat her breakfast. Looking fabulous with it on her head. 🤪🐑

“Egg prices have increased due to the spread of bird flu and other factors, such as the high labor cost and chicken feed.”

Just when I think I’ve heard it all with egg paranoia, I come across this article. I hope this helps you understand how we got where we are. 🍳

The bottom 50% control $3.8 trillion in wealth.

I got home from work tonight and my little Mollie wasn’t letting me go outside to do chores without her. So, I bundled her up in my coat and she went with me! Mollie has always been my “farm dog” and she got to see plenty of her farm friends tonight. She was not sure about the emu… 🤣🦩❤️

With rising labor costs and higher taxes, I’ve noticed that feed is no longer fluctuating.
I have fought rising egg prices, knowing most of my reggulars are retired or have growing families. I just want to cover feed costs.
I will keep posting about this, so it will not be a surprise.
