Yeah it is unfortunate that corridor zoning on stroads like San Pablo are the only way we're going to get the sort of housing we actually need but I guess we also have anti-anything groups like Beautiful San Pablo to thank for that too.

Definitely curious about #2. Our Berkeley apartment has been absolutely freezing with these cold temps and just a single wall heater in the living room.
