For Republicans, law and order has always been code words to justify action against black people, which is why they have no problem with Trump pardoning these good white folks who violently attacked Capitol police.

What he means is that Biden would stand with the western alliance - NATO - against Russian fascism, whereas Trump would be as accomodating as humanly possible to bff Putin. Mearsheimer calling Biden a "warmonger" for opposing fascism, is exactly what America First Republicans said about FDR in 1940.

America First captured a significant portion of the GOP, including Minority Leader Robert Taft, and they did everything possible to hamstring FDR's efforts to aid Britain in its war against Hitler. Kind of like what they're doing today to undermine Ukraine's defense against fascist Russia.
