#Beyondfest opened today & I went to the sequel for #Sisu. This time, our hero sets his sights on Russian invaders of Finland, w/ expected results. Just as fun watching ruskies die as it was to watch Nazis. #screeningoftheday

Went to the premiere/after party for the new #TVSeries #TheLowdown. Treated to a Q&A after with creator #SterlinHarjo & Star #EthanHawke. Brilliant show! A modern day noir, that reminded me of Terriers, but hopefully meets a better fate. #screeningoftheday

Just got back from this @filmindependent.org screening of a lovely #indiefilm called #LoveBrooklyn with a Q&A after with Star André Holland. Comes out next month. Not a romcom, but about relationships. I’m not the target demographic, but loved it just the same.
