A pinball enthusiast, operator, and repairman. I have a lot of cats. My 9 to 5 is infosec, so remember to use long passwords and MFA... Also, please tell your pets that I said "Hi!"
Because sometimes people need to see that it's okay to buck what's generally considered normal, and that other people have done what the person struggling with the decision believes nobody else has. Otherwise, cycles continue

I didn't... Does that mean I did?

With an EREV, you lose the frunk, you have to deal with ICE maintenance, you have thousands of more parts to deal with during build, requiring a lot of extra manufacturing and storage, and environmental concerns... All for towing, which, let's be honest, what percentage of people tow a trailer?

That's true, but I don't have the attachment to do that. I could just run extension cords out the several outlets that can supply a combined 7kW (one is a 220v)

I haven't. I need it to haul pinball machines around town (and occasionally pick one up kind of far away). But, considering the extra charging stations opening up, and the access to the Tesla network, I think I'd be okay with pulling a trailer long distances... Might take a bit longer, but that's ok

I'll drive mine until the magnets degauss. Yes, I paid way too much. Yes, I still love it. And I believe that it's going to be cheaper in the long run without the maintenance of an engine or the rising cost that gas will eventually have. And I get to keep my awesome frunk

He has been nothing but nice to me... Giving my ball back at times, even after I've repeatedly hit him in the mouth (and he's right, on the most part, those haven't been accidents)

Folks! We did it! The Onion has 60,000 subscribers!

We're that much closer to reaching our goal of beating The Washington Post's print circulation by the end of next year. (They were last reported at 97k, but it's probably lower now.)

Thank you all. Democracy died in darkness but we're still here.

and this is all because the IFPA leadership ignored their own policies on inclusivity and decided "We made a bad call but we must be consistent" is more important than cancelling tainted stats on an event where an entire bloc of people had to leave due to bigotry.

This was avoidable.
