I dunno. Since about 2019 or so I've had a level of trust that GDQ is genuinely trying so even when things look bad from the outside or they unabashedly Screw Up, I tend to believe a correction will happen.
To my knowledge I've never been wrong about that.

I dunno. Since about 2019 or so I've had a level of trust that GDQ is genuinely trying so even when things look bad from the outside or they unabashedly Screw Up, I tend to believe a correction will happen.

I've largely stepped back from my "Maybe GDQ should drop PCF" stance that I had in anger during the event.
I do think GDQ could do better with someone else, but the risk and cost of changing is... extreme.
We'll see; there needs to be assurances our donations aren't going to weird LLM stuff.

Having been around places where you can actually write with detail and nuance instead of just "Thing bad, give likes." I am shocked people can function with a 300 character limit post.
This is actively harmful because the nuance being clipped out to fit in the box is usually *really* important.
