After the end of WW2, there was the Reckoning when the remaining leaders of the 3rd Reich faced court for their conduct during there period in power.
Some faced the ultimate penalty, others by their own hand and many more went to prison.
I wonder whether that will happen eventually in the USA?

Could somebody explain to an aged person, in easy to understand language, why all 16 year olds will be considered intelligent enough to sensibly vote at the next UK general election but do still need protecting from the evils of the internet until they reach 18?

This is just make it clear that I will not be completing the age assurance requirement to use chat. There seems to be no guarantee that the personal details required will be stored safely. Equally, as my website is public and has been so for the past 27 years, my age is easily ascertained.

Sad to read that Tom Lehrer has died aged 97. His satirical songs on TW3 etc were very much part of being a young in the 60s.

I see Badenoch seems to think that the "call an election" petition is somehow significant but in fact only shows how mathematically illiterate the Tories are! 13.8 million voted for right leaning parties in July but only 1 in 5 are stupid enough to sign such a silly petition.

I realise the right wing have limited cognitive ability but even the "Call a General Election" petition, now with over 2 million signatures, suggests that they are not even able to think rationally when faced with the certainty of a stable left wing government.
