it is impressive how Nina Turner has the worst possible takes on every possible issue. Seems like it’s intentional at this point. Gerrymandering is not a question, but a necessity at this point because it is the only way Republicans may listen.
Reminder: gerrymandering maps to protect democracy is like privatizing Medicaid to advance single-payer healthcare—it goes in the wrong direction.
The answer is for the Democratic Party to use its money, membership, and political network to organize strikes and boycotts.

That popular recent Republican governors like Sununu and Kemp aren’t running but Cooper is should tell you something about how 2026 is expected to go.
I have thought on it and prayed about it, and I have decided: I am running to be the next U.S. Senator from North Carolina.

Wow. Trade deadline suddenly got a lot spicier (and the heat was already turned up rather high).
Sources: Kings star De’Aaron Fox is zeroed in on landing spot as franchise looks to possibly move him. Interested teams will likely be discouraged from trading for him being he’s set to become UFA in 2026. Fox’s unwillingness to sign extension has positioned the situation here.
