It's great to see the thesis work of Matt Jones, Hannah Percival, Alis Hales, Amber Wood & Heyuan Sun published. They have shown that increased mammographic density reduces a breast epithelial cell’s ability to metabolise aldehydes leading to increased mutagenesis or DNA damage
