Awesome quote. Great joining you for this discussion.
Today I did a cyber security panel taping for @onwithkaraswisher.bsky.social and @avindman.bsky.social and I discussed the attack we both get from Musk online (his are worse than mine). Both of us ignore it and this epic quote explains why.

While George W. Bush was president, the Coast Guard signed a contract to get admin help from a company in Virginia. It paid $144,000, and the contract was completed by June 30, 2005.

Last week, Elon Musk's DOGE claimed it had just canceled the long-dead contract. www.nytimes.com/2025/03/02/u...
DOGE Claims Credit for Killing Contracts That Were Already Dead
Elon Musk’s group claimed credit for canceling procurement agreements that had been completed years earlier, the latest in a string of public errors on its site.

Maybe the military should reinstate the Chairman etc & instead arrest T & his treasonous coup collaborators while it's still possible.
Rather than a civil war, the military needs to step in and conduct a new election with NATO countries running the election so Musk & trump can't cheat this time.

Did Musk fire hundreds of Federal Aviation Administration employees to increase "efficiency"? I don't think so. There is a better explanation:

Is Musk demanding the data held by the Social Security Administration in order to make it more efficient? Unlikely. Here's a better explanation:

I also chatted with @marcelias.bsky.social who was the subject of a Post ad last year that smeared him with false allegations. He thought The Post's ad standards were just low, but told me he's now “scratching [his] head” after it passed on the more mundane Musk spot. www.status.news/p/washington...

“The larger problem for The Post is that—even if there is a perfectly innocent reason for rejecting the Common Cause-SPLC advertisement—the optics are terrible and fit into a more concerning pattern that has been put on display over the last several months.”

Exactly.
The Washington Post rejected an ad buy calling for Donald Trump to “Fire Elon Musk.” The reason? The paper won't say.

"We asked why and they said they couldn't give us a reason," the head of one of the groups attempting to run the ad told me.

The Post's Ad Blocker
Two groups struck a deal for an anti-Elon Musk ad—but just before publication, the Jeff Bezos-owned paper abruptly pulled a key part of it, offering no explanation.

How about you look at some balance in your political reporting @cheknews.ca? Rob Shaw is so obviously right wing Conservative, maybe bring in some refreshing Center & Left voices to counter & challenge the right wing monopoly.

What the 'F' is going on with Fetterman? Does PA have to impeach him? He 'doesn't know why people are up in arms about regarding what Musk, DOGE, Trump are doing"???? He is obviously compromised and can't say anything 'out loud'. Who in his family are they threatening???
