Every budget. Likewise with the RZLT. Yet another year of applications to mess around with zoning, consuming huge resources with the clunky process they made up for it, all to undermine "use it or lose it" policy. RZLT of course replaced the oft-delayed never-really-collected Vacant Sites Levy.

Kinda love Peadar Tóibín's visceral hatred of FF.
He left Sinn Féin over social issues and is busy building a rightwing project to shift Ireland's politics to the right.
∴ his natural enemies are the (growing and now united) left opposition.
But he really hates the empty husk that is Fianna Fáil.
