Every one of the Absolute books are brilliant, but this gem is quickly becoming an all time favourite for me. Thompson truly understands the core of a character who is most often mischaracterised.

I’m super late to the party on this one, the twist on the classic Martian Manhunter concept reminds me of the best of Vertigo comics. The art is exceptional and mind bending in the best way

Sophie is telling fun, episodic comics that play in the current dc sandbox of “everything happened” which also includes all the stuff that aged badly and becomes a great springboard for modern storytelling.
