The 5 sec vid Vance passed around claims the sound proves he was hit by the vehicle. However, looking at the video in slow motion, its what's many have already said. The sound is him lifting up his phone to his chest. You can tell because he catches his own face in the phones video.

When you watch the video , he stood at the side of the car, leaned over and aimed and shot at the bottom side of the front windscreen, then two through the side window. He was in no danger of being hit by that car. He is a disgusting; cowardly murderer and so are all the other ICE agents.
