The fact PlayStation app saved clips and Switch has a QR code for for uploading vids and photos yet online posting of games dipped 90% after Elon made it impossible to upload to Twitter proved that to me
"people can still download your art from bsky and feed it into AI" if gamer behavior has taught me anything, just one extra button press is more than enough to annoy a MASSIVE amount of people into not making the effort

Beat Metroid Prime 4. It was... a game.
Also i thought i got everything for the secret ending but i guess not?? I had all the scans and collectibles at 100% and even got all the god damn green crystals. Idk what the hell i missed 😩

I don't automatically dislike the idea of npcs in metroid prime but why is the first one like... that... Other than that, my only other minor gripe is just the mouse controls are like waaaaay too sensitive. Like I turned the sensitivity down to 0 and it felt like super high dpi on a normal mouse

Silksong is officially done. It dragged on a bit by Act 3 and there were definitely some frustrating design choices here and there, but overall a very, very good game and worth the wait for sure.

Okay Act 3 Silksong is quickly edging into that territory where it's outstaying its welcome with some of these gauntlets to progress the story

been liking silksong a lot, and am maybe halfway through act 2. i do feel like some of the difficulty (so far) that i saw some reviews on steam talk about were definitely overblown. it does kinda feel like health upgrades are more scarce though. i've only gotten one extra mask so far

realized ive been busy with a move that i forgot to preorder the collectors for Octopath 0, when ive gotten the CE for the first two games. Then I realized it was $230, and nothing it screamed that I /had/ to have it, and I'm okay with it now. Annoying that the S2 version is the game key though

Beat Raidou finally. It was... alright. The story didn't do too much for me, the music was decent. The combat got stale, especially with how tedious some of the bosses were.

Finish DK Bananza's post game last night. Overall, I think it's a solid 8/10 for me. It had high highs and no major low points that I could think of. Couldn't quite tell you is keeping it slightly below odyssey for me, but I did feel like it was missing just a little of something.

I'm excited for Octopath Traveler 0 but damn the S2 version being the game key really does kill the excitement a bit. Guess I'm just getting the S1 version 😅

I think I'm liking raidou remaster?? Idk, I'm on chapter 7 so far and I'm liking it, but definitely not loving it. Hoping the story gets really good in the later chapters.
