Michigan courts just signed a contract to use Learned Hand AI. Florida is considering following suit. Learned Hand is owned/developed by Shlomo Klapper, a Peter Thiel/Palantir protege. The same Palantir that selected the DOGE kids to force Elon Musk’s ai on the federal government.

It’s a gimmick so Sam Altman can secure funding for the next quarter. Sora 2 is too expensive and clunky to be useful to anyone, Altman just wants everyone to think he has a scary product that can threaten entire industries. It’s been his schtick the whole time

You should post about him more. My next video essay is largely about OpenAI and how it’s been a scam since 2015 when he founded it with Peter Thiel, Elon Musk, Microsoft and Amazon.

Since there are still people who think he started out with good intentions.

As a court staff attorney I often describe my job to laypeople as “ghost writing.” It also makes sense for things like celebrity autobiographies, or books where a famous person wants credit. Self publishing is easier than ever these days but it’s only profitable if it’s marketable
