Two things can be true!

My husband (who is originally from Minnesota, but has lived in the South most of his life) noticed that most of my parents’ neighbors didn’t have fences between their yards. In addition to all the other public goods, this was a nod toward the difference of how Minnesotans view use of land.

This is the exact issue with living in Texas once you’ve been in Minnesota.

I got a similar enchilada just down from our house (just east of 45, across from The Woodlands) at a place I just discovered (open late, unlike most places in the burbs) and now I’ll have to ask if they’re from San Antonio!

Yes. Her behavior would still be questionable even if she were doing all the work to care for the kids, but to expect your other children to do all that work is beyond.

Yeah - this story is so wild. Imagine having a full time job and then thinking you needed that many more children to somehow fulfill you. Like, get a better hobby, lady! If you love kids so much and you’re bored - teach Sunday School, volunteer at the women’s shelter, sign up as a school volunteer!
