On 1/20/21 I vividly remember crying while listening to John Legend sing "It's a new dawn, it's a new day, it's a new life and I'm feing good." I then went and listened to the original song over and over again for the entire day. Now, it feels so scary + idk if our democracy will survive.
Remember when we thought we were finally safe 4 years ago??
