This flare of pain and fatigue is actually weirdly good. I'm finally seeing a rheumatologist on Tuesday. Being able to show my symptoms to a consultant as they happen is fantastic.

Finally finished the Forbidden West DLC the other night. My hands hurt from the death grip on the controller during that final boss fight. Holy heck. I *did* nail it first time but my goodness that was tough.
