Note: some comparisons floating around say ICE would have 3 times the Marines Corps budget. Because that compares one year of Marine Corps budget to 51 months of new DHS funding, I don't think it's accurate.
Averaging it out, ICE's annual budget goes from 18% of the Marines Corps budget to 50%.
