Agree but they’ve consolidated power and the window for turning this around with massive peaceful opposition is rapidly closing. Can’t imagine we’ll have fair elections in 2026 at this rate.

It’s truly terrifying where things are headed. The dehumanizing rhetoric, contempt for Dems and violence against peaceful protestors are accelerating. Surreal as we slip into violent repression and the entire GOP seems to be down with it.

Look at the drastic cuts President Trump asked Congress to throw at the CDC.

He wanted zeroing out of all funding for chronic diseases, birth defects/developmental disorders, and injury prevention, and occupational health and a 65% reduction for environmental health at CDC...
