Waiting for more info, but Portland Police Bureau has S Bancroft St blocked off, presumably in anticipation of Kristi Noem's visit to the ICE facility.

VERY chill out here tonight at ICE processing facility south of downtown Portland. Federal Judge (Immergut, appointed by Trump) just made ruling from the bench no federalized Guard to Portland from anywhere period.

Two things felt different to the ppl I spoke with who’d been protesting at the ICE building for months.
