Anyone recognise this chip? It looks to me like it is marked 32F020, but that isn't turning up much atm...

And I know there isn't much to go on, so I'm really after guesses for things to search for :)

My first thought was stm32, but I don't think there is an F020 (there is an F030 and F070)?

Photo of a square IC with 16 fine pitch solder pins/pads on each of the four sides soldered to a green PCB with many fine traces connected. There is very faint writing on it that looks like "2F020" and with another letter or number at the front that might be 8 or 3.
