I am not going lie, I am actually enjoying this Hallmark show. They usually aren't my thing😂 Of course this one feels a little more high quality. Especially with the cast, I am sure that is most of it.

So I did the math. If I made my mortgage a 50 year instead of a 30. My principal payment a month would reduce by $87. And it would add $100,000 in total interest. 😂 Holy shit.
