Rosalynn Carter, first lady who championed mental health, dies at 96
She sat in on Cabinet meetings of her husband, Jimmy Carter, advised on policy issues and pushed Congress to pass mental health legislation.

Watched a production of The Lion King last night, I brought my nieces... afterwards I wondered did the African inspired stage version hold a true representation of Africa, or is the cultural equivalent of Finians Rainbow/Far and Away as an Irish representation 🤔

“Never again” means “never again for anybody,” not just us.
I would argue that having empathy for the oppressed is a bedrock principle of Judaism, no matter who it is.
