Being asked for a break is mental torture. I don't know where to grieve the end of a beautiful relationship or keep hope alive. Simply have to sit here anxiously, as I await an answer I'm terribly afraid of.

I've experienced both the most physical and mental pain of my life within the span of 6 days. I'm down 7 pounds and have slept a total of 8 hours since Sunday. I'm exhausted and hungry and I can't do the two things I need to do to fix that.

The black experience is sad. Always being expected to be a bigger person after being belittled and dehumanized then being vaillainized when you aren't. I wish we could rest. It's exhausting.
