I decided to take a huge leap and run my first marathon in November of 2025. Why November? Well, the Kakamega Forest Marathon happens annually in the last week of November.

My portion and my ministry is to be in all the rooms I deserve to be in. Playing small has not gotten me anywhere. No longer rolling the dice on playing big about myself.

If I HAVE TO walk a mile in ones shoes to be empathetic to their experience then do I really understand love? Empathy doesn't have to be born out of the flames of our own trials, it can be cultivated in the understanding of what it means to love and care.

When I was back home in Kenya I would constantly hear the adage "health equals wealth" since moving to the US it seems the adage no longer makes sense because it seems wealth equals health.
