I #embroidered a plain canvas bag to make an #rpg kit for my PC Ned/Cosmo, a well meaning but generally incompetent druid that's obsessed with the meteor in #dungeonsofdrakkenheim. I made the #ogham staves back in the day, and it's super fun to use them in role play!

Oh I would love to see your thoughts on this! This is such a tricky aspect, especially when I'm with people that are not sketching! How can I let others know that I'm present when I look distracted by painting? (Especially since I am more present because I am sketching!)

My last #cosplay for the weekend! I just love being #GideontheNinth. Ran into another Gideon that gave me a bracelet (with curse words of course 😂). It was so sweet! (Alas, I also lost my skull somewhere on the convention floor! 😭)

Timed #sketches at #PhoenixFanFusion! They had a fun event where cosplayers modeled and anybody could come and sketch them with timed intervals. #cosplay #watercolor

Phoenix Fan Fusion fun as Tippi Hedren from The Birds. Absolutely shocked how many people recognized me and came up to talk to me about the movie. Even young folks - gives me hope that the next gens are watching great movies

Please enjoy this ridiculously cute butterfly, which was about the size of my pinkie fingernail. It's in the butterfly family called metalmarks (Riodinidae). Males, like these, have reduced front legs and perch using only the rear 4 (females can use all 6). Sarota acantus; Costa Rica 🐙🌿 #insects
