One error. Hamas are the last legitimate authority in Palestine. They were democratically elected. Then Fatah/PLO blocked future elections because it was likely their man would be voted out.

Freedom of speech is protected, but it is qualified so hate speech is still against the war. But TERFs think them winning on article 9 (freedom of belief) gives them the same rights as under article 10. It doesn't.

A lot of people returning to Mastodon. Only advice is, don't sign up to mastodon DOT social - choose another server. And also follow fedi tips for lots of helpful information (They have a good retro looking website too). And if you don't like your server, it's really easy to change.

If they want a buffer zone, it should be entirely within Israel. Israel has plenty of land to do that, the Palestinians don't. This is just continuing occupation and intimidation.
