I don’t know who needs to hear this but Roadside Assistance is NOT EMERGENCY SERVICES. We cannot dispatch ambulances, police, or force tow providers to a scene. If you are injured, scared, cold, etc you call 911 first and if they eliminate the emergency need THEN you call us.
