An email with legitimate-looking GamesRadar branding & design template formatting from someone claiming to be the "Content Partnerships Manager" at GamesRadar, requesting Steam keys so they play and cover the game on their YouTube channel and site. Links to the legitimate GamesRadar website and social channels in the signature. However, the email address the outreach is from is "gamesradar.plus.contact@gmail.com" -- legitimate business outreach from a site like GamesRadar would never come a gmail address instead of their own domain.

Reminder that back in 2010, during the Plastic Beach era, Gorillaz cancelled their appearance at a festival in Tel Aviv in protest of Israel killing nine people trying to supply aide to Gaza.

On May 30, Israeli military raided a flotilla carrying activists and humanitarian aid to the blockaded Gaza region, killing nine foreign activists. The Associated Press reports that several bands have canceled scheduled concerts in Israel in the wake of international outcry against the country.

This was a nice surprise. One of the other guide writers at IGN pointed me at this Reddit post about the SILENT HILL 2 guide I wrote last year.

Nice to know somebody appreciated all my dumb jokes. As one of the commenters said, you do get loopy when you're writing these things at 3 AM.
