I’m starting to feel like there’s a lot of people out there that don’t understand hypocrisy. Or that somehow don’t recognize their own hypocrisy. Or that just don’t care that they’re being hypocritical? Maybe all of the above.

As if anyone needed more evidence of the fact that yes, it’s us paying the tariffs, I’m trying to buy a book made in Ireland that’s only €12 (~$13) but to have it shipped to the U.S. would cost an additional €26 (~$30). Alternatively I can buy it from Amazon for $65 new or $55 used. Cool.

When you have to travel for work but all you really want is to be home snuggling with dogs and then you finally get home to your dogs and it’s everything you ever wanted. (She always needs to be at least half under a blanket)

Working on our taxes and getting increasingly annoyed that we’re going to owe and that we have to give even more money than we already have to a poorly run, chaotic government that is using our money to do things that I despise. If only I was rich. Then I too could get away with not paying taxes.
