Seems like you aren’t aware that sex and gender aren’t a straight binary. Swyer Syndrome, de la Chapelle Syndrome, sex-discordant chimerism, hormone imbalances, etc can all impact how sex organs develop and how gender is expressed. We actually need more medical care and less condemnation for this.
