On Friday, I did a nice little 600-mile round trip from Memphis to St Louis to meet Carl Crafts on his Ardnamerica Tour from Ardnamurchan Distillery in Scotland. Carl is an American who is living the dream by working in the whisky industry in Scotland. #scotch #whisky #singlemalt #ardnamurchan

This week, the Memphis Symphony is in the pit, playing Carmen with Opera Memphis. But I'll always remember that this episode of Gilligan's Island is how I first heard Bizet's music.

It's weird that your brother-in-law can be your spouse's brother, the husband of your spouse's sister, or your sister's spouse. There should be separate names for those things.
