اليوم بدأت بتغيير نوعيّة الأكل ، دخلت في نظامي الشوفان والبطاطس الأمريكي الأحمر ، والبطاطس العادي ، والكارب المعقد ، وحتى البروتين الأساسي الذي هو البيض والدجاج والاستيك ، لاحظت تغير شكل الجسم ، جربوا تغير النوعية راح يفرق كبير في اجسادكم 😍🕺💡
