I don't know what it is about this one, but I really feel like this one is the most regal looking of the minis. They've got an air of power about them.

This Mind Flayer figure makes a bit more sense to me. The staff with a head that looks like wriggling tentacles is a nice touch. I'm also very happy with how the color of their skin turned out.

The second batch of Intellect Devourer minis are a bit larger and more detailed. Still nothing to fancy, but I'm happy with how they came out.

I would say not for me in general, but there are some games that seem to intentionally attempt to invoke such feelings that can successfully pull off that feat.

While I think these colors are fine, and maybe even typical, for an octopus mini, I think I'd like to try some more vibrant colors next time.

I'm not sure that smaller squids like the mini is depicting come in this color, but I think it looks good regardless of accuracy.
