Purposely have slowed my weekends down in January and it's been amazing. I've been batch cooking to get ahead, crocheting and painting (by numbers). The end of 2024 was so busy that it's felt good to slow down and appreciate being at home doing things I love.

Spent my Sunday productively...batch cooking. From L:R slow cooker beef & 3 bean chilli, a whole roast chicken (shredded for lunches), chicken & apple casserole, and peri peri beef.
